At-Home Assignment during Covid-19  

To All PE and Weightlifting Students:

I hope everyone is doing well at home. Remember, you need to exercise at least five days a week anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour per day. Please click on Forms above for the activity log to download and record your exercise.
